In order to practice social distancing, TR Miller Heating, Cooling & Plumbing will be offering the option to receive contact-less service for all repairs, maintenance, estimates, and installations. With the effects COVID-19 has been having on our home communities, we wanted to guarantee that customers can receive the 5-star service we are known for as safely as possible.
Rather than meeting your technician face-to-face, contact-less service uses technology to keep service personal.
If you choose to receive contact-less service, your technician will call you when they arrive at your home, allowing you to unlock the door and make your way to a separate room and talk about the issues you may be having.
Once inside, the technician will follow their usual routine for servicing or replacing your equipment, and will offer to video chat to explain your repair or replacement options.
We will be using FaceTime if you have an iPhone, and Zoom if you do not. Details on how to install Zoom on an Android phone can be found at the bottom of this page. Alternatively, the technician can explain these options over the phone.
Once the service is complete, the technician will update you and offer a contact-less form of payment when possible, such as by paying with a credit card over the phone.
Regardless of whether you choose to have contact-less service or not, we are taking every step recommended by the CDC to reduce the transmission of COVID-19 such as wearing disposable gloves, face masks, shoe covers, and taking their temperature every morning.
